I have been putting off (for many years) having a snow removal service clear our driveway because we have "berms" along all edges of the driveway to control water runoff. Typical snow removal services have trucks with plows that would tear up the berms. Chad uses snow blowers that clean up paved areas very nicely. He also asks if he can pre-treat surfaces with brime, prior to a snow or freezing event. He was here early for the last snow, and waking up to a cleaned off driveway is priceless. He works with his clients to determine which ones need cleaning first, (work related), and which ones can wait for a bit (perhaps retired like us) for snow removal. He did a really good job, in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable as well.

Comments: Hired K&D Powerwashing (Chad Eberly) last fall to level low spots in yard, reseed bare spots and treat entire lawn including aeration. Contract called for up to 6" in low places Chad placed at most 3" and low spots still exist. When aerating lawn Chad totally destroyed the underground fence system which had to be replaced
Chad did not offer any assistance in replacing system(Said he was sorry)
Chad did conduct follow up visits and stated he would return in the spring to repair spots in lawn that did not take

Contacted Chad Eberly in March to arrange for him to repair spots where grass failed to grow from last fall lawn repair. Between March and June communicated with Chad (text messages) about follow up on his work. After responding five different times stating he would be onsite in 7-14 days Chad never did show and stopped communicating

Mr. Supko I do apologize that some of our communication was not understood the same ways. I called and updated you as I could with the family matters I was attending. The exaggeration on this review is very upsetting to me. The messages I have from our conversations say nothing of this manner. I have learned a lot from this experience. Sorry you feel this way. Comments: A 2 day bath job turned into a 3 week nightmare. I paid for new wood to be installed in the estimate and he put up walls over a wall my Dad installed 40-50 years ago(blue vinyl?)When I asked him WHY, he said Home Depot said this was better, he put back all the old trim and he used the same response. There is an 8 inch scratch on my new floor from them removing the tub as he used 2 beach towels on the floor instead of covering the entire floor. I specifically said day 1 you will cover the floors won't you and he said ABSOLUTELY, (the 2 beach towels didn't work) He didn't bring a vac so all the dirt, insulation etc. went through to basement and I had to clean it up. I have pics on Yelp to prove everything I'm saying. I'm out $5450. The walls started falling off after 2 days and he has every excuse imaginable. He doesn't respond to messages when you bring up a concern. He doesn't arrive when he says he will. He gets his supplies day of so if he says he'll be there early he doesn't tell you he has to stop at Home Depot first. He left a pile of cigarette butts at the edge of my carport so my 2 small dogs could easily get to. When reading his description I think boy I wish this person would have come to my house!! As an earlier reviewer said, he brings up the lawsuits he's won, I guess its meant to scare ...BEWARE!!

Work Description: Roof Repair - Asphalt Shingle

Comments: We had wind damage to our house during one of the bad storms. Since it was such a small job we had a hard time finding someone who wanted to do it. We contacted NetWorx and they referred us to a K&D power washing company who said they could do it all. We got an estimate a bit higher than our insurance company gave us. I submitted his estimate and the insurance company wouldn’t budge. But we agreed to just pay it. He took a piece of our siding and a piece of the soffit so he could match it. He was scheduled to be here between 7:30 and 8:00 AM on Monday June 1st. At 8:06 I messaged asking where he was, because I was supposed to pick up a boom lift at 8:30. At 9:10 he messaged and said his power had gone out. He also told me he was sorry and would be here in an hour or so. I waited til 10 to pick up the lift thinking he will be here when I get back with it. Wrong!! He didn’t show up until 11:20. He said he had to stop at Lowe’s. What contractor waits until the morning of the job to pick up materials needed for the job? After getting the boom lift in place he finally started after Noon. Now, I rented the lift for 4 hours, so it’s to be back at 2. Around 3:30 he comes down from the roof and says he needed to go to Lowe’s to get the siding and soffit. Again, what kind of contractor takes samples of what is needed and then doesn’t match it? Or bring it to the job? The rental store closed at 5 and I had to have i
The boom lift back by then to avoid the overnight charge and being charged 50$ an hour after they opened in the morning. I took that Monday off but I didn’t take Tuesday, so the machine would have sat all day until I could have taken it back after work. So around 4:15 I started to tear down the lift to take it back. I got it back 2 minutes before they closed. Now he’s mad because I took it back and he had to rent one for the next day. If he would have been here on time he wouldn’t have had to do it. So back to the soffit, I understand you can’t get the same color due to age, but the stores can match the paint. The soffit was only available in white, so he painted it grey, and didn’t do a good job of that as you can see white showing through. Then he started yelling at me that I owed him 1850$ at the completion of the job. I reminded him the receipt indicated 1505$ due. He kept screaming that he was taking me to court. That that number was just a math mistake. And he had been to court 4 times and won them all. I have all the documentation. His estimate stated that he was going to replace 7-10 shingles not the 3 that were estimated. I got him 7 shingles out of my garage. I put 6 back. I have no idea what he did on the roof because he didn’t replace the 7 shingles. He cut up one of the shingles. That’s it. Also his estimate stated he would clean the gutters. He didn’t do that either. I contacted PP&L and Mannheim township who both told me there wasn’t a power outage on June 1st.

Comments: Chad had to get on my garage roof to get to the upper part of my home's siding and noticed the shingles had mold growth. Rather than just doing the siding and coming back down, Chad told me about the problem and asked if I wanted him to take the time and remove the mold, which I agreed he should do. This showed me that Chad cared about the overall health of my house and not just the areas that you can see. My wife and I are very pleased with the care the K&D team took. Our house looks great and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering having an area of their house, deck, sidewalk, etc power washed! Thank you K&D!
